Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health issues faced by clients, utilizing a variety of assessment tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy, always working toward fostering personal growth.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients with varying accessibility needs, ensuring they receive the support they require.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, sessions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of the latest therapeutic practices and approaches within the mental health field.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to empathize and connect with clients.
• A non-judgmental attitude and a deep commitment to the mental well-being of individuals from all backgrounds.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills are essential for managing caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy in both individual and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on your experience and caseload. Our compensation package also includes:
