Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy, adapting your approach to suit the individual preferences and goals of each client.
• Establish a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients, working closely with them to set meaningful therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support throughout their journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, using electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline administrative tasks.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and share insights with fellow practitioners.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with diverse populations experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients in a remote therapy setting.
• A strong sense of empathy and compassion is crucial for understanding and supporting clients’ unique challenges.
• Proficient time-management and organizational abilities to handle therapy sessions and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing virtual therapy is highly preferred, with a good understanding of telehealth best practices.
