Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, providing them with continuous support and adjustments to their treatment as necessary.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches—to meet the individualized needs of clients.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of each therapy session, tracking client progress to inform ongoing treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a wide array of clients, including those suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be tasked with understanding and addressing the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client, ensuring that therapy is inclusive and culturally sensitive.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients remotely.
• A strong foundation of empathy and understanding to connect meaningfully with clients’ experiences.

Preferred Experience

• An established background in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a teletherapy setting.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documenting client interactions is advantageous.
• A demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care standards.
