Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop collaborative and effective treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, incorporating evidence-based therapies.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and updates to treatment plans, ensuring adaptations are made to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation that adheres to ethical standards and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and obtaining additional certifications to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients vary significantly in age, background, and the complexities of mental health conditions they face. You will work with individuals experiencing a spectrum of issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Your role will involve utilizing your clinical expertise to create a trusting and empowering therapeutic alliance with clients, guiding them towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Proven expertise in mental health counseling with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering virtual therapy sessions and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Proficiency in treating diverse populations and cultural competencies.
• Background in trauma-informed care practices is a plus.
