Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and coping mechanisms, resulting in tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions with customized therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or solution-focused therapy to foster personal growth and improved well-being.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals with clients, adjusting approaches based on their progress and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards through consistent and accurate documentation of each client's progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in case consultations to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications
