Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth or in person, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other approaches based on individual client needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, and regularly monitor and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure progress towards their mental health objectives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous learning through professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and peer supervision sessions, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship challenges. You'll be instrumental in creating a safe and healing space for clients from all walks of life, fostering trust and rapport to help them navigate their unique journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state-issued license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated superior communication and interpersonal skills that help in creating a trusting atmosphere conducive to therapy.
• A genuine sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively while meeting administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage client documentation.
• Previous experience providing teletherapy is a significant plus.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
