Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and mental health evaluations to identify clients’ needs and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches, adjusting techniques based on clients’ evolving needs.
• Foster strong therapeutic alliances by collaborating with clients to set achievable goals and regularly assess progress, modifying interventions as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver high-quality virtual sessions for clients who prefer remote interaction or face accessibility barriers.
• Maintain clear, precise documentation that adheres to ethical and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all client interactions and progress are accurately recorded.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to enhance clinical competencies and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or have a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build a therapeutic rapport and foster a safe space for clients, exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, understanding the significance of their personal experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively navigate caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in community health settings or private practice is valued.
