Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to address emotional and behavioral disorders among individuals and families.
• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Leading individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on the established treatment plans and client goals.
• Creating initial treatment plans and coordinating necessary additional services, making revisions as required throughout the therapeutic process.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all therapy services in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
• Managing an assigned caseload and ensuring timely follow-up to promote patient engagement and progress.
• Participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to foster collaborative care and discussion of patient progress.
• Upholding a professional, empathetic demeanor towards clients while striving to resolve any complaints or concerns proactively.
• Prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction as fundamental aspects of your practice.
• Performing other assigned functions that contribute to the team's objectives and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families, offering tailored therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs. Your role will encompass the complexities of treating clients across the lifespan, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will help clients cultivate resilience and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid state or national licensure as a mental health counselor, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including adults, children, and families.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates should have experience in providing therapeutic services across various settings, including outpatient clinics or community health environments. Familiarity with integrated care models and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
