Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop customized treatment plans, implementing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions aimed at promoting personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Track client progress towards therapy goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on feedback and outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients, particularly for those facing logistical challenges in attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive and ethical documentation, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele that may include individuals dealing with life transitions, mental health disorders, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• Current and active state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits
