Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques to provide high-quality services to individuals, groups, and families.
• Work in unison with case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that clients have access to additional resources that support their mental health journey.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergency situations with compassion and professionalism.
• Conduct community outreach initiatives and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and equip the community with tools for better mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Ever Most Counseling Center, you will work closely with a diverse client base drawn from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects and understands the unique experiences of each individual, thereby enhancing their therapeutic experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .
• A graduate degree (master’s or doctoral) from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport, establish trust, and cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and a commitment to working actively and sensitively with a wide spectrum of populations.
• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate documentation and effective case management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to clients with varying mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain client documentation efficiently.
• Experience in community mental health settings and managing cases with a multidisciplinary approach.

Compensation and Benefits
