Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in necessary licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic maintains the highest standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, providing access to additional resources for clients.
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication to meet contract standards while promoting the mission of our organization within the community.
• Develop professional relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to enhance program visibility and secure potential partnerships and funding.
• Engage in ongoing personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client population served through our outpatient therapy program includes a diverse array of adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in conducting individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling as needed, customizing treatment plans that focus on client strengths and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• An independent state license such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating an understanding of therapeutic practices and patient care, is required.
• Knowledge of documentation and record-keeping procedures associated with client charts is critical.
• A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation, compliant with all state laws.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth practices and tools that enhance remote client engagement.
• Familiarity with community resources and mental health service providers in Washington State.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range for this position, with an annual salary between USD 100,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as flexible spending accounts for dependent care.
