Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual's circumstances.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients, incorporating their goals, preferences, and cultural considerations to foster an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to address a variety of mental health concerns across individual, couples, family, and group therapy settings.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring prompt support for clients in acute distress, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, to uphold our commitment to accountability and transparency.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to manage their mental health effectively and promote overall well-being.
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

Qualifications
