Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health concerns of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that prioritize the client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant case notes according to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility regardless of location.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to enhance clinical expertise and stay updated with emerging best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele that includes adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Each therapist has the opportunity to specialize in specific areas of interest and develop expertise in providing tailored interventions that improve the mental health and overall well-being of their clients.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a caseload and prioritize administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Previous work in outpatient settings or private practice is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
