Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards of care.
• Serve as an effective liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners to coordinate care and services.
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication internally and externally, ensuring alignment with contractual standards and promoting our mission within the community.
• Build and nurture relationships with various agencies, organizations, and partners to foster collaboration and secure potential funding opportunities for program enhancement.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and community meetings relevant to mental health, representing Sierra Vista in various forums.
• Document clients’ progress effectively in compliance with record-keeping procedures while ensuring confidentiality and security of beneficiary charts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide therapy solutions tailored to each client's unique situation, fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and resilience. By employing evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach, you will help clients set attainable goals and navigate their healing journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation practices related to clients' treatment plans.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets legal insurance requirements.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum qualifications focus on essential competencies, we prefer candidates with additional experience in specialized areas of mental health, such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, or child and adolescent therapy. Familiarity with teletherapy practices will be a significant advantage in this remote role.

Compensation and Benefits
