Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate clients’ psychological states, identifying their unique needs and concerns.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, using evidence-based practices tailored to their specific conditions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic modalities that foster connection, understanding, and healing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive holistic care, participating in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the treatment process, promoting a supportive environment that enhances recovery and community involvement.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records while adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation reflects accurate and timely information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at our center, you will engage with a diverse patient population facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various other psychological conditions. We prioritize creating an inclusive atmosphere where clients from different backgrounds feel valued and understood, allowing for more effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Proven experience of at least two years in mental health counseling with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and the ability to implement appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that promote rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• A high level of professional integrity with the ability to work as part of a collaborative treatment team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a community health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience conducting virtual therapy sessions.

• Specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or similar methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between USD 60,000 and 104,000 , dependent on experience and qualifications.
