Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health issues.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate with other health care providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure that each client receives a holistic and comprehensive support system.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and training programs to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and enhance clinical skills.
• Contribute creatively to enhance service delivery, participating in team meetings aimed at improving therapy techniques and overall program effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range widely across various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Our diverse patient population includes individuals grappling with serious mental health issues, such as PTSD, as well as those facing everyday stressors that affect their quality of life. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona, ensuring compliance with state regulations for mental health practice.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain accurate client records and track treatment progress.
• Previous work in a community health or telehealth setting, providing a foundational understanding of remote counseling dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
