Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health issues, developing individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to provide tailored individual therapy sessions to clients, ensuring their unique needs and preferences are met.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize their progress.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options, allowing clients who may have geographical, physical, or emotional barriers to access services that best suit them.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards by maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of each client's treatment and progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training and workshops to expand your clinical skills and stay current with emerging best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a higher-level degree such as a master’s or doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and foster an atmosphere of trust and safety with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude towards the diverse experiences and challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly regarded.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical settings, working with a range of mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks is beneficial.
