Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our dynamic community health clinic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health and emotional needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy, among others.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, adapting your approach to suit the specific dynamics and therapeutic goals of each client.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions to enhance client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic communication to support clients during acute distress.
• Engage in community outreach programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and promoting resources available to the public, fostering a culture of acceptance and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are diverse, representing various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and more. Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence and a commitment to working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in community health settings or a similar environment focused on multicultural and diverse populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing therapy services to individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to streamline documentation processes and enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits
