Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that target specific needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create comprehensive care plans that address the interconnected aspects of clients' well-being.
• Engage clients' families by providing education and support that foster understanding and encouraging their active involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure the integrity of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At the Resilient Women's Health Hub, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele that includes women and families experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a relevant field is required; however, a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders, supported by specialized training or substantial experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families, fostering trust and motivation throughout the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health setting, where they have demonstrated their ability to engage diverse client populations and handle complex emotional issues. Experience in teletherapy or working in a remote setup is a significant advantage.

• Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
