Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to the needs of each client, whether through in-person or teletherapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, engaging clients in discussions about their growth and challenges.
• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate with peers, share insights, and best practices to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as either an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits
