Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies tailored to individuals' needs.
• Engage in consistent follow-up meetings with clients to monitor their progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy, ensuring adherence to best practices in client confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Serve as a crucial liaison between clients and supplementary healthcare providers, including psychiatrists when medication adjustments are required.
• Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse group of clients experiencing various mental health issues ranging from mild anxiety to severe psychiatric disorders. Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
