Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to inform personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other established modalities to guide clients through their therapeutic journeys.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity and security of sensitive client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to monitor treatment progress and ensure quality of care, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, fostering resilience and empowering them with tools and resources to navigate their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy interventions with a commitment to tailored treatment for each individual.
