Key Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate therapeutic support and guidance.

• Implement safety protocols by collaborating with law enforcement and emergency responders during critical incidents to ensure client and public safety.
• Offer follow-up care, ensuring clients receive continued support and are connected with appropriate resources for long-term recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals toward recovery and stability.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in mental health counseling with a focus on crisis intervention.
