Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, challenges, and aspirations.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions targeting a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Collaborate with clients to devise tailored treatment plans that encompass specific goals and intervention methods tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients encountering acute mental health episodes, ensuring immediate support is available when they need it most.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients, detailing mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources available within the community, enhancing their overall awareness and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and measurable outcomes, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to the ethical principles and legal regulations of mental health practice, actively upholding client confidentiality and informed consent protocols.
• Display a commitment to cultural competence by engaging meaningfully with clients from various backgrounds and experiences.
• Work in conjunction with fellow mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that may include a sign-on bonus, health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
