We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
• Provide various evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for individuals, couples, and families using methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health challenges, fostering emotional well-being, and creating a sense of community among participants.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.
• Offer critical crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients have access to immediate and effective assistance.
• Educate clients regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong competency in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in leading group therapy sessions or community-based mental health programs is beneficial.
