Work Environment

This is a remote role that relies heavily on telehealth tools, allowing flexibility in how and where you connect with clients. We operate during standard business hours, with no weekends required, facilitating a healthy work-life balance. Full-time counselors will work Monday through Friday for 8 hours each day, while part-time options are available from Monday to Saturday, fitting your professional and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy tailored to each client's unique situation, conducting comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, families, and support groups, fostering a safe and healing environment.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to client care that integrates medical, psychological, and social support.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in the mental health landscape.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a key member of our clinical team, you will engage with a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Our clients range from children to seniors, and your expertise in family dynamics, couples counseling, and trauma-informed care will greatly enhance their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport with a wide variety of clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and related healthcare technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couple therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
