Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarity Happiness Therapy Center, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Working specifically with children and adolescents with conditions such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, providing the necessary emotional and psychological support.
• Conducting intake assessments to determine client needs, establishing comprehensive treatment plans, and setting achievable goals to guide clients through their recovery.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress, which includes progress notes, treatment modifications, and engagement records, adhering to both legal requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals and fellow mental health clinicians to deliver integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health settings, especially with children or adolescents.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
