Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth platform to facilitate therapy sessions. Our digital environment encourages flexibility and work-life balance, enabling our counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. While primarily a remote position, counselors may occasionally be required to participate in team meetings or training sessions to enhance professional development and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and collaborate on individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and other effective methodologies.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, skillfully adapting techniques to fit the diverse needs of clients.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic and integrated care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans while adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.
• Actively participate in clinical supervision meetings, case conferences, and training opportunities to enhance your practice and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Our clients comprise a broad demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction issues. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies appropriate for mental health treatment is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we are pleased to offer:
