Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and diagnostic tools.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each individual.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches tailored for diverse client needs.
• Engage in active listening and establish a therapeutic alliance, creating a safe space for clients to share their feelings and experiences.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide referrals to other mental health professionals, when appropriate, to facilitate multi-disciplinary support.
• Remain current with best practices in mental health care through ongoing education and training opportunities.
• Document notes and maintain confidentiality of all client information according to HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be equipped to serve a varied client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care that acknowledges individual differences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• A commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or telehealth.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and best practices in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, we provide:
