Work Environment

As a fully remote mental health counseling facility, Peace and Purpose offers flexibility that caters to both our employees and clients. This position is designed to allow you to work from the comfort of your home while ensuring that you remain closely connected with a supportive team through regular virtual meetings and discussions. Our work hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop appropriate interventions.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to achieve client-specific goals.
• Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using established therapeutic techniques tailored to varying client needs.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.
• Documenting confidential client information meticulously, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines to uphold privacy standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including clinical supervision and case conferences, to refine skills and improve client care.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
