Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues and risks, utilizing standardized assessment tools and your clinical judgment. \n Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' goals, factoring in their unique backgrounds and circumstances. \n Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices. \n Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care, reviewing progress in treatment and making necessary adjustments to continue meeting client needs. \n Provide psychoeducation and emotional support to clients and their families, equipping them with effective coping strategies and facilitating their involvement in the treatment process. \n Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client population predominantly includes women facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Additionally, you will support clients navigating end-of-life issues within our hospice setting, addressing their psychological needs and promoting a sense of peace and dignity during a significant phase of life.
