Work Environment

This full-time LPC position allows for flexibility through a remote work setting, while also providing opportunities to engage with our outpatient office in Atlanta as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions, creating a welcoming environment where clients can connect, share their stories, and learn from one another.
• Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling by exploring clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Help them develop practical coping strategies and actionable plans to facilitate progress.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans, addressing their unique needs and objectives while considering their preferences.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate and track client progress through ongoing assessments, ensuring treatment plans remain relevant and effective.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients, participating in regular communication and consultation regarding complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this LPC role, you will primarily focus on young adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and education.
