Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy in both group and individual settings.
• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care, facilitating effective communication regarding treatment progress and outcomes.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, exercising empathy and expertise to stabilize their situation and guide them towards appropriate resources.
• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational workshops designed to enhance mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and foster supportive environments for individuals in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity to engage effectively with individuals from various demographic groups.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring timely documentation and communication regarding client progress.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in a community mental health setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and workflow is preferred.
• Experience in providing teletherapy services or remote counseling is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
