Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools to gauge their mental health status accurately.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to address individual client needs, including psychotherapy techniques and coping strategies.

• Engage in regular sessions with clients, providing therapeutic support and equipping them with the tools necessary to manage their conditions effectively.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote healing and foster a supportive community environment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated treatment efforts.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately within our EHR system, maintaining up-to-date records for compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve span a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Your ability to relate to and understand clients from various cultural backgrounds will be vital in delivering effective and inclusive therapy. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders complemented by experience with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, while employing culturally responsive therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Additional training or specialization in specific therapy modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is highly desirable.

• Experience using EHR systems for documenting patient sessions and managing treatment plans proficiently.

• A history of crisis intervention work and managing high-stress situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
