Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to guide individual therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients in defining achievable therapeutic goals and closely monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Provide options for teletherapy, offering support to clients who require flexibility due to geographical constraints or accessibility issues.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a supportive and trusting therapeutic environment.
