Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and establish effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using targeted modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress to adjust treatment as necessary.
• Offer virtual therapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes to meet ethical standards and agency policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and evolving mental health strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various emotional or psychological challenges. Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits
