Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to inform individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to client preferences.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly track their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options, ensuring clients have convenient access to care, particularly for those facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, thereby supporting the integrity of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license from the state, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
