Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and establish personalized treatment plans that align with individual therapeutic goals.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set measurable therapeutic objectives and systematically monitor progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options catering to clients preferring virtual meetings, while also ensuring appropriate care for those in need of face-to-face interactions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to adhere to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
• Engage actively in continuous education and training opportunities to adapt your skills to emerging therapeutic practices and improve your clinical effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to build trust with clients in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach, fostering a safe space for clients to share their challenges.
• Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage a caseload and adhere to administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy within a community health setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in telehealth services and technology to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adopt new techniques as appropriate for clients’ needs.
