Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients using structured interviews, psychological tests, and observational techniques to thoroughly understand their mental health needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via teletherapy, uniquely accommodating clients who face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring that care is accessible to all.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting these goals based on progress, client feedback, and clinical judgment.
• Document sessions and treatment outcomes accurately and promptly within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and client engagement strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, to stress management. Your role will be crucial in building rapport and trust, ensuring that clients feel comfortable discussing their experiences, thus enabling effective treatment and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Possess a current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to therapeutic growth.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy, recognizing and validating the unique experiences of each client.
