Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, accommodating client preferences and requirements.
• Establish and review therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting the treatment process to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to maximize accessibility for clients who may face geographical or personal barriers to traditional in-office therapy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards and regulations, reflecting our commitment to high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including accessing workshops, seminars, and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest psychotherapeutic techniques and research.

Qualifications

• Valid and active therapy license in the state, such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
