Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote Opportunity

Work Environment

As a fully remote position, this role allows for flexibility and the comfort of working from your home. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct therapy sessions and maintain client communication through secure and user-friendly platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques to cater to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing immediate mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to clients’ needs.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their mental health journeys.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on best practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate acute crises, emotional struggles, and long-term mental health conditions, contributing to improved outcomes within the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid mental health license: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW .
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with an ability to develop effective treatment strategies.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A proven ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Commitment to practicing at the highest ethical standards.

Preferred Experience

• While prior clinical experience is preferred, entry-level candidates with the relevant educational background and strong passion for mental health will also be considered.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling approaches is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
