Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and immediate assistance.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and educating the public on available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build therapeutic relationships and foster trust.

Preferred Experience
