Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health issues, using this data to create effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, uniquely suited to each client's individual psychological needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and ensure ongoing evaluation of their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face logistical challenges accessing in-person appointments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment methodologies, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, participating in training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our counselors work with diverse age groups and backgrounds, providing culturally competent care and ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor towards clients' experiences and concerns.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Proven track record of providing therapy in clinical settings, with experience in both individual and group counseling.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, especially cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care practices.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and varying socioeconomic statuses.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
