Queens Cove Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our innovative psychiatric outpatient practice. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote outpatient office setting, providing you with a modern workspace and the tools you need to excel. You will be expected to work during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing established diagnostic criteria and evidence-based tools.
• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences, integrating both therapeutic techniques and client's feedback.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual or group settings, ensuring alignment with treatment goals.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, relapse prevention strategies, and self-care practices.
• Monitoring and tracking clients' progress throughout the treatment process, regularly adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care, fostering an integrative treatment environment.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional education to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices and developments in mental health treatment.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mental health issues while supporting their overall well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. The diverse clientele you serve will present a variety of challenges, allowing you to apply your expertise and compassion in fostering recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and experience in liaising with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive therapeutic outcomes for clients dealing with mood disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with a wide array of clients.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in an outpatient setting and in a telehealth format would be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, as well as participation in case management and interdisciplinary teams, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
