Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary team members, clients’ families, and other relevant individuals to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain organized schedules of appointments, home visits, and client follow-ups to ensure consistent quality care and comprehensive support.
• Facilitate home visits for direct observations and staff interviews, ensuring fidelity to treatment models and compliance with program goals.
• Participate actively in team meetings to review client cases and contribute insights to enhance overall service delivery.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes, maintaining accurate client records to measure engagement and treatment effectiveness.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure competency in program implementation and adherence to clinical documentation standards.
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and observations, continually assessing and addressing clients’ evolving mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work with diverse populations across California, offering services to both adults and youth dealing with a range of mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, family dynamics, relationship issues, substance misuse, and trauma recovery. You will have the opportunity to employ a variety of therapeutic modalities while tailoring approaches to fit the specific cultural and contextual needs of your clients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment is essential.
• A deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling is expected.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams is crucial.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and methodologies, ensuring effective remote patient interactions and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
