Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, establishing evidence-based and tailored treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care, enabling holistic treatment plans.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, showcasing your expertise in de-escalation and compassionate care.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and addressing the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
