Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement tailored treatment and management plans that align with each patient’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.
• Conduct intake assessments, gather client histories, and synthesize this information into detailed diagnostic formulations.
• Utilize a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in both in-person and telehealth settings to promote healing and growth.
• Facilitate ongoing psychotherapy sessions, evaluating treatment progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Build and maintain a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship to foster trust and encourage open communication.
• Maintain meticulous records of clinical services provided, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a part of our clinical team, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with a strong theoretical foundation in mental health.
• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in the state of Washington is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or counseling roles, dealing with similar populations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless documentation and communication.
