Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions wherever you feel most comfortable. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat during scheduled appointments, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express their emotions and experiences, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs.
• Assist clients in identifying and achieving their therapeutic goals, tracking progress through ongoing evaluation.
• Implement strategies to identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery.
• Provide guidance on healthy coping mechanisms and stress reduction techniques to empower clients in their daily lives.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ evolving needs and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of adults seeking therapy for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. All clients are screened to ensure stability and suitability for teletherapy, allowing counselors to work effectively with individuals who are motivated and ready to improve their mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current state licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must be fully licensed without any current disciplinary actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients.
• Proficient in using technology and comfortable with digital tools for counseling.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in telehealth or providing remote therapy services is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a broader team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
