Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LMHC, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as well as provide individual and family counseling to support diverse client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advances in the mental health field.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients consist of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who often experience barriers to accessing mental health care. As an LMHC, you will support clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
