Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, utilizing diagnostic interviewing techniques and clinical judgment to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement comprehensive, evidence-based therapy modalities, adapting techniques to suit individual client preferences and improving therapeutic effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to client feedback and evolving needs.
• Provide teletherapy services, facilitating virtual sessions to improve accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development such as training sessions, workshops, and peer discussions to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds presenting an array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clinic focuses on fostering resilience and empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental approach to therapeutic engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a consistent caseload while meeting deadlines for documentation and client follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, experience with specific modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is highly regarded. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices will also support your success in this role.
